Meet Brad Washington, a dedicated educator and founder of The Greenprint: Social Emotional Learning LLC. With a passion for fostering student success both inside and outside the classroom, Brad serves as a first-grade teacher at Newberry Elementary School, where he creates engaging learning environments to inspire young minds.

In addition to his role in the classroom, Brad is the Professional Development Specialist for Boys & Girls Club of the Crescent Region in SC, where he shares his expertise in social-emotional learning strategies with fellow educators and youth development professionals. Through his work, Brad is committed to empowering educators to build supportive classroom communities that nurture the holistic growth and well-being of every student.
With years of experience in education and a deep understanding of the importance of social-emotional learning, Brad has authored The Greenprint: A Guide to Help Students Succeed in Education, Sports, and in Life, along with its companion book, The Greenprint: Volume 1.5. These resources provide educators with practical strategies to cultivate a culture of excellence in their classrooms, ultimately shaping confident, resilient, and empathetic learners.

A third grade class survey gave Mr. Washingtons "The Greenprint" work with their class a 100% rating, while also giving a 100% rating on whether they have seen their behavior improve since working within "The Greenprint"
